Sedona Dentist: Financing Options for Patients
without Dental Insurance
Unless other arrangements are made, payment by cash, check or credit card will be expected at the time of services.
Options:
- Charges may be divided into three (3) equal payments with no interest charged by Sedona Dental Arts if paid by automatic monthly credit card payments.
- For treatment plans over $1000, a 5% discount will be applied if paid in full by cash or check at the start of treatment. Note: not all dentistry can be predicted and treatment plans change. Additional services not listed on a treatment plan will be discounted 5% if paid by cash or check when those services are rendered.
- Lay away plan: Monthly prepayments may be made into a patient’s account and work will be performed when 2/3 of the cost of a procedure or of a treatment plan is paid for. Payment continues until the account is paid in full. Continuous payment will exempt a treatment plan from a fee increase for six (6) months. Prepayment, by cash or check, that is completed before performing any part of a treatment plan over $1000 will be rewarded with a 5% discount.
- We offer CARE CREDIT for a long term payment option. We can determine if you qualify for CARE CREDIT within minutes after filling out the necessary paperwork.
Note: An account with a balance over 90 days on which payments are being made will be charged interest at an annual rate of 18%. An account without payment for 60 days may be referred to our collection agency and will be subject to collection charges which will be added to the balance due.
